my 100 Breakfasts project
The plan was to encourage me to eat better breakfasts and to eat that first meal of day in a timely manner instead of four hours after I wake up which is often the way it goes.
I wanted it to be a low key project so the idea is 100 breakfasts during 2012. I don’t have to do everyday. And obviously I haven’t been doing everyday.
I knew that if I tried to do everyday and then missed a day I’d just get discouraged and give up and I didn’t want that to happen so I’ve been doing when I can. And when I actually eat breakfast.
I’m a night owl so breakfast is usually in the afternoon for me. I define breakfast as my first meal of the day basically.
Also I’ve been trying to do the vegan thing here for various reasons that I’m not getting into.
So this is what the project is all about.
